I love this piece. I meshed styles here: the smooth movement of the background with the loose strong strokes of the foreground. If you click on the photo it enlarges the picture somewhat for detail. The picture itself is quite small even though it took quite a while to paint. I added a touch of fluorescent paint to the tip of the cigar for the devilment of it. I have grand plans of doing a series of smokers. They are a dying breed in more ways than one. I can say this as I'm still struggling with the habit myself. Bastard of a habit!
